Adept was started trading in 2004.  We offer a single point of contact for voice and data communications including telephone systems; hosted voice over IP; broadband and other connectivity, mobile telephony and IT/cabling infrastructure along with various associated services.  You can pick and choose which products/services you use us for.

We have experience in the telecoms industry going back to the late 80's when the market was first liberalised.

We are based in Tolworth in Surrey (near Surbiton) and primarily target London and the Home Counties. That said we can support any location remotely and have reciprocal arrangements with industry contracts that we can use to provide on-site equipment maintenance backup throughout the UK.

We work with tried and tested products and services that combine good value for money with excellent features.  We partner with Daisy Wholesale through whom we have access to various providers allowing us to offer a range of services from BT Wholesale and other tier 1 service providers along with mobile and broadband offerings that will keep your ongoing costs low.  We regularly review the market and offer the products we feel offer the best combination of value for money with advanced functionality and solid reliability.  

 

On the equipment side currently, the two manufacturers whose equipment we've supplied the most to date are Avaya and NEC both of whose products we have been working with since their respective launches in the UK.
